Michael Hill, an experienced Product and Engineering leader, has joined Rizse's advisory board.
Rizse is a specialized drone platform revolutionizing aircraft inspections. Rizse provides data solutions that include predictive maintenance, fleet optimization, and risk mitigation for the aerospace & defense industry.

Michael brings extensive experience, having served in senior engineering and product positions at Amazon and Google, working in the robotics and automation industry. He has developed innovative solutions in the automation space, winning inventor awards and patent filings at both companies. He has a deep understanding of early-stage innovation, bringing ideas from concept to product launch. Michael was a Sr. Manager of Advance Technology for Amazon and led a Robotics team at X, The Moonshot Factory, serving across many disciplines including Head of Product, Product Automation lead, and Technical Program Manager. Earlier in his career, he held various roles in the material handling industry, including Systems Engineering design lead and Executive Account Management for Swisslog and Schaefer Systems, two of the world's leaders in material handling automation solutions.
Michael will assist Rizse in product excellence, helping improve the delivery cadence of the product and tech teams at Rizse. Additionally, Michael is working together with Rizse to establish early validation to accelerate the business forward in the real world.
